Register Any Time, but Early is Best: Class sizes are limited and many fill quickly, but you are welcome to join our classes at any time. Registering early does help ensure that you get your first choice, and that we have your child's materials for you at your first class. If you enroll after the session begins, we will schedule makeup classes or pro-rate tuition. Choosing a Class Because each curriculum is developmentally specific, in most cases your child should be at least the minimum age for the class in which you are enrolling. If you have concerns about your child's success in a class, we will gladly discuss your child's needs and work with you to place your child in the class best suited for him or her. Enrollment Confirmation A registration form and payment must be received before your child's place in class will be reserved. If we cannot accommodate your requested time, we will get in touch about alternative choices and/or place you on a waiting list. If we cannot accommodate your needs we will offer a full refund. You will receive a phone call or email within two weeks to confirm your registration. Make-up Classes We are happy to allow students who miss a class to make up that class. Simply call in advance to schedule make-ups. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or teacher illness, those classes will be made up, generally by extending the semester. We follow Wake County Public Schools decisions. If Wake County has a snow delay, our classes will run as usual. Non-enrolled Siblings We regret that Village and Our Time classes cannot accommodate non-enrolled siblings, except for those young enough to stay contented in a carrier or sling during class. Siblings of students enrolled in Imagine That! or Young Child are welcome to join us for Sharing Time. Siblings eligible to be in the same class must both be enrolled. Free Demo Classes At certain times during the year, we are pleased to share a FREE class with you. To receive your FREE CLASS VOUCHER, please call or email us with your request. Include your mailing address and we will gladly mail your voucher within 2 weeks. Looking for Discounts? Tell all your friends! For each child you refer to our program who registers for the first time, you and your new-to-Kindermusik friend both get a $10 "Referral Rewards" gift certificate good towards Kindermusik product purchase or future tuition.. Contact me! Early Birds Prior to each semester or summer session, we advertise an Early Bird date. By registering on or before this date, you will receive a special product or discount. This information can be found on our current flyers. Refunds Unfortunately, registration and tuition cannot be refunded or prorated due to absences or illness. Refunds or credit vouchers may be given if extenuating circumstances require withdrawal. These circumstances will be considered on an individual basis. In those instances, 20% of the paid tuition are non-refundable. Home materials in new condition may be returned if your spot can be filled by another student.
